At Heaven’s Memento, each piece of artwork is made to order with care and intention. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than items arriving damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with the following:
A clear photo of the damaged item
Your order number
A description of the issue
Once reviewed and verified, we’ll gladly issue a replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement isn’t possible, a full refund will be issued.
Please note that slight variations in color or placement may occur due to the nature of the print process. These are not considered defects and are part of the uniqueness of each piece.
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll investigate and arrange a replacement if needed.
